Some consider Valentine’s Day one of the more commercialized holidays. It’s like, show your love by spending money. Don’t get me wrong – I get it, but I’m also here for it. I love all holidays that come with decorations and, I’m not gonna lie, I like the gift giving too (check out our great Valentine’s Day gift guide). I like the idea of having a holiday that recognizes those we love most and I’m not talking exclusively about those we love romantically .
I see Valentine’s Day as a day to show appreciation to everyone who enriches our lives in any number of ways. Whether they are a family member, a friend, a caregiver, a co-worker, etc. Love takes many forms and can mean many different things to different people and it’s all equally valuable and meaningful.
So, regardless of who with or how you decide to spend your Valentine’s Day, consider working in a few cinematic classics. It’s the perfect (and safe) activity for any situation. There is nothing better than queueing up a few good movies, kicking back with some popcorn and watching any of these 50 great Valentine’s Day Movies to Binge.
