Drag race is ever expanding, and we love every series we get to watch. Not to mention a lot of thanks must go to RuPaul’s Drag Race, for keeping us incredibly entertained all throughout the pandemic. With all previous US seasons available on Netflix, and with Canada’s Drag Race coming to a close, and we’re also getting a new weekly episode of UK season 4 starting soon – we thought we should celebrate all the love we have for RuPaul’s Drag Race Snatch Game.
Some of the past posts that we have shared are, a guide to drag terminology for new fans, RuPaul’s Drag Race Quotes and the Queens Who Said Them, our favourite post-RuPaul’s Drag Race projects, RuPaul’s Drag Race life lessons, celebrating Pride Month by showing some love and support to our favourite Drag Queens’ projects, The Best RuPaul’s Drag Race Lip Syncs, Which “All Stars 7” Drag Queen are you? and what type of drag queen are you? quiz. So suffice to say, we are huge Drag Race fans.
For those that are new around here, RuPaul’s Drag Race Snatch Game is a play on the classic US game show Match Game, with the Queens assuming characters comprising the celebrity panel. It is a Drag Race staple that both viewers and Queens look forward to every season. Having said that, it can be a bit of a crap shoot. I mean, it totally separates the contenders from the mere participants. It puts the Queens comedy/improv and impersonation skills to the test, and the winner is the one that steals the show. And the losers get ready to lip sync for their lives.
We present some of our favourite Snatch Game performances from the US, UK, Uk vs. The World and the Canadian series. We did not rank them because they all had us (and RuPaul) laughing, and left us…well, snatched.
