Drag Race All-Stars International – Which Queens Make Your Dream List?

by Elyse V

I am a loud and proud RuPaul’s Drag Race fan. I have learned all the lessons and seen every season and version from US, Canada, UK, Australia, Holland, and España. While I’m fluent in drag terminology, my Dutch and Spanish speaking skills are non-existent, but it doesn’t even matter. I may not speak the languages of the Holland and España versions, but I can still watch and appreciate the beauty, creativity and talent of the queens.

Even though every country has their own cultural references and influences, the dedication, and respect of drag and drag history are the ties that bind all queens (and their fans) the world over. You are entertained and in awe of them regardless of which version you are watching. And people are watching.

Thanks to RuPaul, drag and drag culture is now sashaying on screens around the world and being admired, loved and embraced. And now I hear there are whispers of a Drag Race All-Stars International. Where’s my fainting couch? When I first heard, my mind was racing as visions of my favourite queens danced through my head like Christmas sugar plums.

“Now Bianca! Now Bob! Now, Sasha and Trixie! On, Bagga! On, Bimini! On, Lemon and Jinkx-y!”

I mean, how do they decide the cast? How would there ever be a bottom 2? The lip sync battles. O-M-G – the SNATCH GAME!! I can’t. Nothing has even been confirmed and I’m already lightheaded from all the gagging. So who makes my dream list? Hmmm…

My RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars International Dream List

(In no particular order and no explanations required for any of these queens)

  1. Bianca Del Rio
  2. Bob the Drag Queen
  3. Jinkx Monsoon
  4. Trixie Mattel
  5. Katya Zamolodchikova
  6. The Vivienne
  7. Brooke Lynn Hytes
  8. Priyanka
  9. Lemon
  10. Monet X Change
  11. Baga Chipz
  12. Lawrence Chaney
  13. Bimini
  14. Sasha Velour
  15. Jimbo
  16. JuJubee
  17. Adore Delano
  18. Courtney Act

I realize this is more queens than a regular season, but this is International All-Stars after all. It has to be a larger cast, right? Honestly, it was hard to keep it at just 18. I assume this would be a season everyone would want to come back for too. I mean, who doesn’t want to claim the Drag Race All-Stars International crown? Maybe together we can wish it to reality like The Little Engine That Could.

I think Ru can. I think Ru can. I think Ru can.

Do you agree with my choices? Which queens would be on your no-explanation-required list for Drag Race All-Stars International? Let us know in the comments and be sure to share this post so we can hear from more Drag Race fans.

Until then, be kind. Stay hydrated and think happy thoughts of Drag Race All-Stars International. 🤞🏻
